When making a table reservation, to encourage responsible booking we request your card details upfront.
As clearly stated at the time of booking, we reserve the right to charge a £20 fee per guest for a late cancellation (within 48 hours) or a ‘no show’ to cover the impact to our business.
Punctuality
Customers are requested to arrive punctually at their reservation time and be ready to order promptly. Since there is a single chef in the kitchen this assists in providing a smooth service.
Grace Periods
We will hold a table after the reservation time for a 15-minute grace period. After this time, the table may be released to other customers.
We will endeavour to accommodate customer requests to alter the date, time, or party size. However, during busy periods this may not be feasible and we may need to decline.
When making a reservation or buying an event ticket, we require guests to disclose allergies or dietary requirements in advance to allow for better planning and to reduce risk.
