Current Opportunities

While availability changes, here are some of the roles we regularly look to fill:

Kitchen Assistant - Help prepare raw ingredients and assist the chef with plating during service. A great opportunity for someone eager to learn from a professional kitchen.

Kitchen Porter / Pot Wash - Responsible for keeping the kitchen running smoothly — washing pots, pans, plates, and cutlery during and after service.

Barista / Coffee Maker - Confident in making high-quality coffees and teas at volume, sometimes under pressure. Also responsible for serving soft and alcoholic drinks.

Waiter / Waitress - Setting and clearing tables, taking accurate orders, serving food and drinks, processing payments, and maintaining clear communication with the kitchen and front of house.

Maitre d’ - Manage reservations, welcome guests warmly, and help coordinate the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable service from start to finish.
